The Division of Educational System Management Leadership (ESML), Department of Educational Policy Management and Leadership, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand has been hosting the annual International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML) since 2022. Each year, the conference refines its themes and formats to reflect evolving trends in the global education landscape and international contexts.

           Building on the success of its predecessors, the Division of Educational System Management Leadership is honored to announce The 5th International Conference on Educational System Management Leadership (ICESML 2026) “Building Global Education Futures through Intercultural Leadership” 29-30 May 2026 at Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand In cooperation with Teachers College, Columbia University, USA.

           The event will feature keynote addresses by esteemed international speakers with deep expertise, academic and research presentations, and workshops dedicated to the practical application of advancements in artificial intelligence within educational system management. The objective of this conference is to create a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration among educators, academics, policymakers, students, and professionals globally to foster a deeper understanding of current and emerging trends in educational management with a focus on innovative and practical approaches in the era of artificial intelligence.
