Submission Guidelines

Please review the following instructions carefully to ensure your abstract meets the conference standards.

Manuscript Preparation

Title

The title must be clear and concise. Capitalize only the initial letter of the first word (Sentence case), except for proper nouns.

Abstract & Keywords

  • Length: No longer than 250 words.
  • Content: Include research purposes, methods, results, and implications.
  • Keywords: 3-5 words. All keywords must be typed in small caps.

Main Text Structure

The manuscript should encompass (but is not limited to):.

  • Introduction
  • Research Methods
  • Discussions
  • Literature Review*
  • Results
  • Conclusions

*Note: In the Literature Review section, please start directly with specific subheadings. Do not use the generic heading “Literature Review”.

Font & Spacing

Times New Roman, 12-point font. Double-spaced text (Tables are single-spaced).

Figures & Tables

Place within the text at appropriate points. Do not group them at the end.

AI Usage Policy

The AI tool information must be clearly specified. Authors must indicate the Model Name, Version, and Manufacturer in the footnotes. Use APA (Software Citation) guidelines when citing AI.

Poster Presentation
  • Use the provided template. Upload as High Resolution JPG.
  • Font Sizes: Title minimum 32 pt, Body minimum 20 pt.
  • Keep poster self-explanatory with minimal text and maximum illustrations.
Oral Presentation
